JCCN Meeting: Workplace Conflict Management

JCCN Meeting: Workplace Conflict Management

JCCN Meeting: Workplace Conflict ManagementBeginning this month, the Jewish Community Career Network is taking on a slightly different format… going to one meeting per month. February’s meeting is this Tuesday, February 12th, and the program will run from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at the Boulder JCC (3800 Kalmia Avenue). The topic is: “How do you handle conflict at work? What to say when the interviewer asks…” Beth Ornstein, Conflict Resolution Professional, Colorado Mediation Center, LLC, will be facilitating the program.

  • How you handle conflict tells the interviewer a lot about how you’ll handle your next job or assignment
  • Learn about 5 styles of handling conflict to understand your own and others’ behavior
  • Make your story concise, vivid, and compelling

JCCN meetings are for job seekers, career changers, and small business entrepreneurs. There is time for networking at the end of the program. Meetings are free and open to everyone, so invite interested friends, and say you’re coming on our Facebook Event page!

Next scheduled meeting March 12, 2013.
