Hearing on Nablus Sister City Project Set

Hearing on Nablus Sister City Project Set

headerThe Boulder City Council has set the public hearing on the proposed Boulder Nablus Sister City Project on Monday, June 10, 2013  starting at 5 pm at the Boulder City Council Chambers, 1777 Broadway (at Canyon Blvd). This could be your last chance to voice your opposition to this action.

This will be the only item on the agenda that evening. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend this critically important hearing.  This is our final opportunity to voice opposition to the Boulder Nablus Sister City Project in front of the City Council, who will decide the outcome that evening.  If you plan to attend, or if you would like to participate as an opposition speaker, please contact Bill Cohen, Joan Nagel or Jane Rubenstein. This will give us an approximate number of attendants. There is strength in numbers. Showing up, whether you speak or not, is a powerful message.

Best regards,

Bill Cohen

  1. I think you misspoke! Don't you mean this is our chance to show our support for this worthwhile project that provides the opportunity to our community (in particular) to experience a unique and rich culture that is often demonized by our media?
