Gerald Marvin Quiat, father of Dan Quiat of Boulder, passed away quietly at home in Cherry Hills Village on January 1st, 2013, at age 88. The funeral will be held Friday, January 4th, 2013 at 11:00 am at Hebrew Educational Alliance in Denver, with interment at Emanuel Cemetery.
In addition to Dan and wife Meg and their daughters Caitlin and Sarah Quiat, Gerald is survived by his wife Roberta; sons James (Adele) and Leonard (Rozarii Lynch) Quiat; daughters Audrey (Jeff) Kentz, Melinda (Steve Ford) Quiat and Ilana Quiat; sister Carole Leight, grandchildren Rachel (Corey) McNulty, Bryce Halverson, Danielle Quiat; and great-grandchild Quinn McNulty. Gerald was preceeded in death by his brother, Marshall Quiat z”l. Hamakom y’nachem – strength and comfort to them along with all the mourners.
