Brews and Schmooze for the Community

brews_feat1Our community needs a night out. Our community deserves a night out.  Our community shall  have a night out; an awesomely fun night out to benefit flood relief efforts!

Socialize for social good at Brews and Schmooze on Thursday, November 7 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Sanitas Brewing Company in Boulder.  Enjoy the company of friends and neighbors while sampling  beers from Boulder’s top breweries.  In addition, pizza, snacks, and games will available for your enjoyment.  All proceeds from this event, underwritten by the Boulder JCC, will go directly to the Colorado Flood Relief Fund* housed at JEWISHcolorado, formerly known as  Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado.

Matt Rich, President of the Boulder JCC Board, said:

The Boulder JCC is very excited to host an event that brings the community together to help raise money for flood relief.  While we all have had to work though some level of damage, this event is an opportunity to move forward, have some fun and help individuals in our neighborhood.  Sanitas Brewing Company is a fantastic venue and will be a great space to enjoy a fun night with your family and friends.”

According to Boulder JCC Executive Director Jonathan Lev, the importance of this event should not be understated. Says Lev: “This event is an incredible opportunity to come together as a community and raise much needed funds for food relief. We all know someone or an organization affected by the floods, so we are thrilled that 100% of the proceeds of the event will go towards flood relief.”
