Awaken the Dance

Aish LogoA Women’s Radical Movement Event with Aish Kodesh

Sunday, April 14th, 2-4pm, women are invited to nourish and rejuvenate with a guided body-awareness meditation, and continue the journey into the wholeness of being alive with the joy of dance!

As Rebbe Nachman taught, “Joy is not merely incidental to the spiritual quest. It is vital.”

With a combination of simple choreography and free dance, we will experience the pure pleasure of having a body. Facilitator Hannah Kinderlehrer’s passion is supporting people’s journey of embodiment. She has studied African, contemporary, contact improvisation, 5 Rhythms, and jazz dance. Through Awaken the Dance, Hannah supports participants in using dance and meditation to enrich their experience of happiness.

Sunday, April 14th, 2-4pm at Alchemy, 2436 30th St Boulder, CO 80301. $21 for the 2-hour session, RSVP requested.

RSVP or send questions to Hannah Kapnik Ashar at hannahkapnik@gmail.com
