Multiple events mark PrideFest weekend:

Shabbat Service and Picnic
Join LGBT Jews, allies and friends for an informal Shabbat service and picnic at the Cheesman Park pavilion the Friday before Denver’s PrideFest. We’re very excited to have Rabbi Evette Lutman with us to lead the service along with our friends Sariel Beckenstein and Jerry Fishman. After services, we’ll have a picnic together on the lawn and in the pavilion. Bring your own dinner – this is a “BYOP” picnic – but we’ll bring extra food for folks who won’t have time to bring their own.
Please also remember to bring a blanket or a beach chair – however you will be most comfortable (services will be in the pavilion, so on a hard surface). The pavilion is on the east side of the park, between 11th and 9th. The pavilion is covered, so in case of light rain or sprinkles, services will still happen. We’ll cancel if facing heavy rain at 6pm.

Bagel Breakfast + March with Jewish Community PRIDE! **NEW INFORMATION**
This year, Keshet and 13 other local Jewish organizations will be marching in Denver’s annual Gay (LGBT) Pride Parade together! Everyone is welcome to join us. Please invite friends/family who might be interested in marching with a large Jewish contingent this year!
First we will meet for a BAGEL BREAKFAST from 8:00am-9:00am. NOTE: **step off for the parade is going to be promptly at 9:30am!! Please join us for bagels so that you don’t get lost in the parade and miss your chance to march with us!!**
The parade route is from Cheesman Park, down Colfax, to Civic Center Park.
Our Line-Up location this year is GREEN 13! It rhymes! Our line up time is 8:00am (perfect for our Bagel Breakfast!) When you get to Cheesman Park, enter on 11th Ave and Race St. and look for the GREEN BALLOONS! The Parade is organized by the colors of the rainbow… so it will go in this order: RED, ORANGE, YELLOW ***GREEN*** BLUE, PURPLE. Once you get to the Green balloons you can walk up the numbers until you get to 13, and you will find us! Can’t wait!
