Har HaShem Opens Tent to Welcome Visitors on Shabbat

On Friday, August 17th at 6:00 pm, Congregation Har HaShem will “Open Our Tent to the Community” with a Prospective Member Shabbat and Mediterranean-themed Oneg honoring the Jewish tradition to warmly welcome and embrace visitors as Abraham and Sarah did.

Once a year, Congregation Har HaShem designates a Shabbat to provide an opportunity to introduce newcomers to our congregation. This year, we will host a Shabbat Service followed by a special Mediterranean-themed Oneg. The Oneg will immediately follow the service at approximately 7:15 with a short introduction of staff and programs.

We invite you to attend! Bring your family and friends to meet clergy, staff, congregants, and other prospective members. Experience a Har HaShem Shabbat service and ask questions about membership, religious school or activities within our Jewish community. There is no cost, and there is no obligation to join.

Reservations for congregants and guests are needed to plan for food. Please RSVP no later than Monday, August 13th online HERE. For information, contact communications@harhashem.org or call (303) 499-7077, ext. 19.
