Chanukah at CU was a very cold one, but there was still a large showing of students at the Grand Menorah Lighting. The event was co-sponored by CU Chabad and Hillel groups. Students enjoyed hot drinks, fresh latkas and sufganiot. Michael Leeds lit the Menorah to live music. For just a minute everyone took in the light and forgot about the cold. It was a beautiful site of Jewish Unity and Pride on the CU campus.
Chanukah is a wonderful time to show our Jewish pride and join together in community at Public Menorah lightings, as in Lafayette this Sunday.
This Wednesday, December 13th, the Boulder Center for Judaism and the Boulder JCC, will be hosting the largest Chanukah party in town!!!
