Summer Butterflies

I have been enjoying the beautiful summer butterflies!

Each butterfly is unique and magical- with its own colors and patterns. Every butterfly emerges from a cocoon into the world. A butterfly must go inside first in order to then share its unique beauty with the world around it.

Are we like butterflies? Do we need to go inside into a cocoon and then emerge with our unique colors, patterns, and gifts?

What would your cocoon be like? Would you retreat in the mountains on a hike or write in a journal? How can you find time this month to create an hour or a day of a cocoon experience for yourself? What beauty would emerge to then share with the world?

I look forward to seeing the color and beauty that you share out of your cocoon!

Blessings, Deb
