Spring is in the air! The days are longer! The birds are singing! The buds are beginning to come out on the trees!
There are so many things we all try to do when spring comes from spring cleaning to training for a 5k race. In addition to spring training and cleaning, how about this spring trying to bring more play into your life? Playing games can have so many positive effects on us.
Just to name a few: playing can make us feel young, help us smile and laugh more, connect us with family and friends in new and fun ways, increase creativity, and help us to relax. Research tells us that laughter everyday is important medicine to happiness and overall positive quality of life.
Well, play some games — cards, charades, red light/green light. Move out of our comfort zone, beyond our to-do list, to play and laugh more this spring!
