Top Professionals Discuss Proven Treatments for Depression

Join Jewish Family Service Tuesday, March 8th from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the Boulder JCC for a panel discussion about various evidence-based methods of treating depression.

Depression comes in all shapes and sizes, and treatment options are also quite varied. Come hear the latest thinking on the subject from a panel of local experts. They will discuss a wide variety of interventions ranging from neuro-feedback, to behavioral activation, to various types of cognitive therapy and medication.

The outstanding panelists include:

  • Sona Dimidjian, Ph.D. and Tina Pittman Wagers, PsyD from the University of Colorado Department of Psychology and Neuroscience
  • Joey Lerner, M.D., Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist
  • David Delaney, LPC
  • And our very own Cathy Grimm, LCSW, JFS Senior Solutions director

The panel will be moderated by well-known local psychologist Cathy Cohn, Ph.D.
