Boulder Mayor to Light Pearl Street Menorah

Join us on Wednesday, December 21, at 5:30pm in front of the Boulder County Courthouse:  Come out to our public Menorah Lighting on Pearl Street Mall and celebrate with a large crowd of proud Boulder Jews celebrating Chanukah in true fashion with the grand lighting of our giant eight-foot menorah,  dedicated to a true Boulder lamplighter, Yisrael Rosencranz z”l.   Meet Boulder’s own Jewish Mayor, Matt Appelbaum who will be lighting the Menorah. Enjoy a special concert following the lighting by the highly popular musician Steve Brodsky, complete with fresh sufganiot, hot drinks and much more!

Come on time as we will be giving special light-up Chanukah Necklaces to the first 100 children.

This wonderful annual event is sponsored this year by Lubavitch of Boulder County, Boulder Jcc, Allied Jewish Federation, Oreg Foundation and 18 Pomegranates.  Special thanks to Sally and Jim Kornberg, Bruce and Rhonda Wildman and Rabbi Popack for their support.  For more information about this and other Chanukah events visit Chabadofboulder.com.
