Teen Shabbat Backpacking Trip

The Boulder JCC’s J-Teen program is organizing a Teen Backpacking Trip for the weekend of July 23-25.  Get your friends together and come celebrate Shabbat under the stars. What better way to celebrate Shabbat than with other teens, by the campfire and exploring the outdoors? This is a two-night backpacking trip in the Indian Peaks. It begins outside of Nederland, hiking along Devils Thumb Trail to Jasper Lake, Lost Lake and Hesse.  The fee is $120 per camper (does not include equipment).

Come prepared for four hours of hiking per day. Teens need to provide their own equipment or can rent from REI.  Meet at the Boulder JCC at 7:00 am, Friday July 23rd, returning Sunday afternoon, July 25th.

The registration deadline is Friday, July 16 so register today!  Click here for more detailed information and to register.  Questions? Contact Sara Goldberg at sara@boulderjcc.org, or 303-921-6952!
