HospiceCare of Boulder is holding a two-part workshop on Sunday October 3rd and October 24th designed for the Jewish community to help in making choices and communicating wishes as CRITICAL END OF LIFE DECISIONS are made. Learn about advance directives, health care agents, and medical technologies at the end of life. Sponsored by HospiceCare, Jewish Family Services, Boulder JCC, and Maimonides.  The workshops run from 1:00 pm — 5:00 pm both days (attend one or both) at the Boulder JCC.
