
Rabbi Miriam Jerris, Society for Humanistic Judaism’s Rabbi, is visiting Colorado and Beth Ami Congregation November 13-15, 2010. Rabbi Jerris has been a member of the Society for Humanistic Judaism and committed to its philosophic principles since 1970. She serves as president of the Association of Humanistic Rabbis.

Saturday, November 13
10:00 am: Family Nature Hike and Humanistic Journey Through Life at Standley Lake, followed by community lunch at a casual restaurant nearby.
7:30 pm: Havdalah with Rabbi Jerris at Montview Blvd Presbyterian Church, 1980 Dahlia St, Denver 80220. Following the service, Rabbi Jerris will present “Praying Without God: What Do Humanistic Jews Do?”
Sunday, November 14
10:00 am: Jewish Cultural School and Adult Ed with Rabbi Jerris.
Monday, November 15
7:00 pm: Rabbi Jerris speaks at Boulder JCC, presenting “Praying Without God: What Do Humanistic Jews Do?”
