Despite the weather, the Model Matzah Bakery was open in Boulder on Sunday! Participants learned about the making of matzah and then with a timer running, made their own – start to finish in 18 minutes or less. We also spotted an old friend of ours at the bakery, a fellow traveler. If you watch the slideshow carefully, you’ll see him.
