Megibow Team to Perform in Boulder

Mark Megibow

Judy and Mark Megibow will provide musical entertainment at BJDS’ Annual Event on Sunday, May 2nd.  The talented mother and son duo will be performing Jewish favorites from a variety of backgrounds including Israeli, folk, Yiddish and Klezmer.  Judy is a life-long flautist, having performed in orchestras, chamber ensembles and folk groups across the country.  Before moving to Boulder, she founded and performed with Knoxville’s Tennessee Schmaltz Klezmer band. Mark adds guitar, percussion, and his powerful voice to the duo. For the past eight years he has performed with the popular all-vocal rock band, Face.

RSVP to 303.449.5569 or bjds@bjds.org.   Please join us in a farewell tribute to Shoshi Bilavsky, Head of School, and in honoring Jeffrey Linsky, one of the founders of BJDS.  This year’s event is also a celebration of our 15 year anniversary.  We really look forward to seeing you!
