Purim Traditions
There are 4 main Purim traditions:
- Have a Purim Seudah, a festive meal of celebration – on Purim afternoon.
- Hear the Megillah, the scroll that records the story of Esther
- Give gifts of mishloach manot – gifts of food to friends
- Give gifts of Matanot L’Evyonim – gifts for the poor. Please take the opportunity to remember those less fortunate in our community and make a donation to the needy.
Get out and have fun!
