Andy Chmiel’s father, Leo Chmiel ben Aniela, passed away two weeks ago while the family was with him in South Bend, Indiana. He was 90 and ill and died in peace at home.  The Chmiels have just returned to Boulder, and there will be a memorial service in lieu of shiva (since the period of shiva is past) this Thursday evening, July 8th at 7:00 pm in Leo’s memory. If you can attend and help make a minyan, the family would be very grateful and very happy to see you. Rabbi Bronstein will officiate.   The service will be held at Kate Marshall’s house at 3200 Arnett (corner of Glenwood and Arnet, near Folsom).
