Irwin Cantor, Yechiel ben Moshe, Rona Cantor’s father, passed away in the early hours of Sunday morning at Sunrise Senior Living Community here in Boulder. Rona and her sister Gail and Lizzie and Alan had been there much of the time in the hours leading up to his death. Irwin had Alzheimer’s and been living in Boulder for a little over a year and was happy here. He contracted pneumonia, which led to his passing.

The family will be transporting him to Florida for burial probably on Tuesday and they will likely be sitting shiva there. We will keep you informed of any changes.
