Beth Ami Chanukah Celebration

On December 5th, over seventy people attended Beth Ami Colorado Congregation for Humanistic Judaism’s Chanukah Klezmer concert at Countryside Rec, 10470 Oak, Westminster (near Flatirons Crossing) The festivities began with a candle lighting ceremony led by Sheila Malcolm and Beth Ami’s Jewish Cultural School. Ely Karasik and his Klezmer band played traditional Klezmer favorites for two hours. Rena Segal led Israeli dancing and Marti Hirsch led a group sing along. There was latkes, donuts, and salad for everyone to enjoy coordinated by Lenore Kingston, Jewish Cultural School Director.
