Shabbat Shalom! With the BJCC’s Festival of Books and Culture, it was a busy week. Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat’s visit to Denver also generated much interest. Be sure to enter the BJN’s Favorite Deli Contest using our comment feature. The prize is a Jimmy and Drew’s gift certificate, so definitely worth taking a minute and sharing. Finally, this morning we are starting our weekly Friday “Coffice” Hours (Coffee + Office = “Coffice”). This week we’re at Amante Coffee on north Broadway. Come by and say hello between 9ish am and 11ish am — we’d love to see you!
We’d like to welcome our new advertisers this week: Jimmy and Drew’s 28th St. Deli, The Rose Went Lovely Photography, and Stan Kreis and Kathryn Bernheimer. Our subscriptions, visits and page views continue to grow, and for that we thank all of you. We also want to thank this week’s community authors and those who posted comments to our stories for helping to build the conversation around Jewish life in our community.
Please add the BJN to your website with our easy headline widget, feed widget or a link. Contact us for details. Look for more news after Shabbat.
