Haver, the Boulder Rabbinic Fellowship, is looking for someone to help provide us with administrative support. We are specifically looking for someone to help manage, develop and monitor IKAR, our annual Introduction to Judaism class, as well as any other Haver sponsored programs.
General job requirements: approximately 20-25 hours per month (sometimes more during IKAR registration or prior to a program); attendance at a 90-minute Haver group meeting roughly once every two months; bookkeeping skills (primarily with online banking); experience in PR and light event management; good communication skills, specifically the ability to produce well-written and timely communiques for both Haver and the broader Jewish community; excellent time management skills (48 hour response turnaround to emails, telephone calls, etc.); continued maintenance of the relationship and correspondence between Mountain View Cemetery and Haver; support of internal communication between the rabbis.
