Learn all this and more in a special Passover class in which we read from the Book of Jubilees (more than 2,000 years old) in which a special Angel tells Moses the story of his life and what happened in Egypt.

About Naomi Susan Schwartz Jacobs

Dr, Naomi Susan Schwartz Jacobs is both an internationally recognized scholar of Ancient Judaism and a popular community Jewish educator, teaching both adults and children Hebrew, Jewish history, and a wide range of Jewish texts, including fascinating material that did not make into the biblical canon,such as the Dead Sea Scrolls. She has also taught at Durham University (UK), and Washington University in Saint Louis. Additionally, she is a local artist who has shown her work at area events and most recently at Congregation Bonai Shalom's Sisterhood Gift Shop.
