Baruch Dayan Ha’emet: Ralph Henry Baer z”l


Last Shabbat, Ralph Henry Baer (Hertzel ben Eliezer haLevi), father of long-time Bonai Shalom member, Jim Baer, passed away.  Ralph was 92 years old and died at home in Manchester, NH. He was born in Germany in 1922 and escaped to the US with his family in 1938. Ralph is seen as the inventor of video games.
The funeral was today in Manchester today and Jim will be returning to Boulder on Sunday.  There will be one night of shiva at the Baer’s home for the last night of shiva this Sunday evening at 6:00 pm.
