Schwarz Shiva Sunday

By Rabbi Marc Soloway on ‍‍January 10, 2013 - 28 Tevet 5773

star-of-david

There will be one shiva minyan at Doris Small’s house in Broomfield on Sunday evening at 6:00 pm for the Jewish community to offer Doris comfort and strength in her mourning and to honor her sister Ida Schwarz’s memory, who was buried this afternoon, alehah hashalom, peace on her soul.

If you are able to help with food and/or set-up for the shiva, including helping with drinks or paper goods, or need directions to the home, please email or call Michelle Goldman, mgdragonfly2000@yahoo.com or 303-410-2953. If you want to prepare food for Doris, but are unable to deliver it, you can also be in touch with Michelle.

In addition to Sunday night, Doris would really appreciate visits as she loves company and it is a great mitzvah to sit with her during her week of shiva. Please call Doris first to arrange a visit.

Here is a link to the eulogy for Ida from earlier today.

Strength and comfort to Doris and all the mourners.
