Green Mountain to Open New Jewish Section

A new Jewish section will be opening in the Green Mountain Cemetery in Boulder. This section will contain about fifty plots, and the cost for each plot will be approximately $5500. The general policy for this Jewish section is that all burials in this section will be conducted by a Rabbi and that no non-Jewish symbols will be allowed in this section. This new section is in a nice section of the cemetery and is relatively far to the north and west of the current Jewish section.

An ad-hoc committee has been formed to help the Haver look into this. The members of this committee are: Rachel Amaru, Steve Friedman, Gary Jacobs, Bob Korenblatt, Ken Suslak, and Jack Zable (chair). If you have an interest in purchasing plots in this new Jewish section, please contact Rachel Amaru at rachel.amaru@gmail.com.
