Kathryn, I did not know George, but was inspired by the tribute that you wrote about him!

This morning, December 13, 2014 on NPR I heard, through sponsorship of a program, in memory of George Lichter by his family that he had died. We were pleased to have the opportunity to rent a home to George when he moved to Boulder Such a vibrant, upbeat person, interested in our family as well as his own– some of whom we met. Over the years I was always happy to run into George at various events including the World Affairs Conference. Bill's and my thoughts go out to the family, albeit very belatedly, in memory of a real Mensch, and ,yes, truly a light- a "licht!"
