Chabad is beginning this semester’s Food for Thought Lecture Series with the topic “Organ Transplant in Jewish Law” at 7:30 p.m. The lecture will be given by Rabbi Benji Brackman, of Chabad of Northwest Denver in the new Chabad house on 909 14th Street. A Chinese dinner will be served.

The Program in Jewish Studies invites students and faculty of the Jewish Studies Certificate Program for a private discussion and lunch reception with Jewish Studies Professor Zilla Goodman held in McKenna 103 at 1:00 p.m. Discuss Jewish Law and traditional Jewish views on sexuality over a vegetarian catered lunch.
