Model Matzah Bakery Update

Despite the weather, the Model Matzah Bakery was open in Boulder on Sunday! Participants learned about the making of matzah and then with a timer running, made their own – start to finish in 18 minutes or less. We also spotted an old friend of ours at the bakery, a fellow traveler.  If you watch the slideshow carefully, you’ll see him.

If you missed the fun on Sunday, there’s another opportunity on Wednesday, March 17 at 7 pm, and there are 2 slots open during the week for private groups. Contact lubavbldr@cs.com for more info.  At the Jewish Enrichment Center, 4740 Table Mesa Drive Suite B, Boulder.

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound III," because I'm a smart Cookie, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was adopted from the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and have many friends there also looking for homes.
