Emergency Counter-Protest 11/3

Americans Against Terror and three other pro-Israel activist groups called for a rally against the protest plans of the Colorado Palestine Solidarity Committee today. The Palestinian group accuses Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat of ethic cleansing of Palestinians. Barkat was honored Tuesday at the University of Denver and Mayor Hickenlooper and Governor Ritter were to be in attendance. The activist pro-Israel groups have said the charge is a canard.

Americans Against Terror, Action Israel, Stand With Us and Stand By Israel called the rally with the theme, “Under Israel: Religious Freedom For All.” They asked supporters to gather on York Street Tuesday at 5:45 PM across from the main entrance to University of Denver’s Newman Center for the Performing Arts.  More information is available by calling 303-885-8767.
